New color for kitchen

Hi! We are renovating the kitchen in a new apartment we just bought. The L-shaped kitchen comes from Lucks by robo, the short side will be a floor to ceiling tower in soaped oak, and the lower cabinets on the long wall will be plain white. The countertop will be Frosty Statuario granit, mat white with a grey vein. The floors will also be renovated to be much lighter. Our table is white stained oak with a white top. The kitchen is halfway open to the living room, which we also want to paint. There is plenty of light coming from floor to ceiling windows out to the terrace. We want some tone of white in the living room area, and are considering having a color on the kitchen walls. Ideally, I would like something that makes it feel warmer, especially in winter. I thought of a peach rose, but I'm open to advice on both colors, or maybe just one all around? I'll probably choose the same one from the living room for the entrance hall. If you can also provide advice on the bedrooms that would be great, maybe in the next message :) Thank you!

I would suggest you look at LADY 1376 Frostrøyk as a nice light tone for your kitchen walls together with the more colorful one LADY 2040 Lys Granitt for the living room ;)

Hi! Thank you, I'll consider that. I also wanted some advice for the kid's room, I have two small boys and I was thinking of having 7163 minty breeze, but would maybe want to paint the bottom of the walls a different, darker color for a cool effect but also for protection since the dirty hands and toys will probably be everywhere. What color would you recommend that goes well together? Thanks!

Together with LADY 7163 Minty Breeze the darker LADY 6325 Balanse is nice. If you want the color to feel more greenish-blue than LADY 6325 Balanse, you choose LADY 6352 Evening Green. I would also suggest LADY 5490 Serene Blue which is bluer than LADY 6352 Evening Green, but also a good match to LADY 7163 Minty Breeze ;)

Hi! We painted the long entrance hall in FROSTRØYK. 1376. There are white 3 doors along the hall, two closet doors and a French style glass door at the end. It all feels too white! What would be a good color to pain the doors? Not including the French door because that would be too difficult to paint.. There is no direct light coming into the space, just through the bedroom windows when the doors are open. The floors are light wood. I thought about a deep but light green, an expensive looking tone. But I’m open to your suggestions! Thanks!

Together with LADY 1376 Frostrøyk there are many colors that will be nice, but the color you will now choose for the doors in the hallway should match the colors you have in the rest of the apartment. Was it JOTUN 7163 Minty Breeze in the boys' rooms and LADY 12120 Desert Pink in the living room? hear from you ;)

Hi! Yes, Minty Breeze in the boys rooms and 20047 Blushing Peach in the kitchen. From the hall you can’t see the kitchen directly. I should also say I thought about painting the doors, but might want to paint the hall walls in the same color if the effect of the doors is not enough. In that case there would still be the white French doors at the end of the hall and beyond that a wall painted in Frostrøyk. Thanks!

Thanks for the update on the colors. I would then suggest you paint the doors in either LADY 10679 Washed Linen, LADY 0394 Varmgrå or LADY 1352 Form that will be a nice color that gives the doors a little more character than pure white ;)

Hello :) Take a look at LADY 7686 Mindful Green or LADY 7629 Antique Green meeting LADY 7163 Minty Breeze and LADY 1376 Frostrøyk. It will also not be wrong to continue with LADY 7163 Minty Breeze that you have in the boys' room also on the doors . Good luck :)
