New colour in bedroom ceiling

Lister/dører/vinduer : Walls: Whispering red. Windows: White (eggshell, standard). Floor: Red/ orange toned hardwood flooring (somewhere between maple & brazilian cherry)

Hi, I have a bedroom with really tall but angled ceiling height, the tallest end being 4,5m while the shortest being 3m. The gradient is fascinating. I have painted the walls with Jotun's whispering red, the roof is now a boring white. I was thinking of making this bedroom more like an office cum guest bedroom with an old world charm. I'm looking to paint the ceiling a warm wood tone (something in the lines of smoked or burnt oak, deep teak etc.) in line with an old world charm, ideally would have loved to do the roof with dark wood paneling but it is too much work and paint would be the alternative. I would love your suggestions to a darker contract to match the whispering red. There is a couch in the room (sovesafa) now, that is in tan leather. Plan is to have a modern take on crystal chandelier (lysekroner) for lighting and some alternative floor lamps and lights! The office desk in the room is oak - just treated with clear finish!

Hi Seeba Ann :) With  LADY 2859 Whispering Red  on walls, I would ask you to take a look at  LADY 1929 Muskatnøtt or the deeper  LADY 2363 Solid for the ceiling. In my eyes, both will look good on your golden floor.
