Identify Traditional Norsk Exterior Red and Yellow

Hi - I'm looking to match the traditional Norsk red and yellow exterior colors. I live in the US and was visiting my relative in Sarpsborg. Attached is a photo of his house, and another of his house and barn. He said they are: 1) Jotun 154 Låverød (Barn Red) 2) Jotun 738 Herregårdsgul (Manor Yellow) Do these colors sound right based on the pictures? I tried to find Låverød on your website, but it doesn't show up, is this a rare color? Can you suggest a similar color? More importantly, I'd like to buy these colors here in the US. I don't see that Jotun sells here(?). None of the color converters I've found work with Jotun paints. Can you suggest a way to convert? I have Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams in my area, but can order from suppliers. Sherwin Williams #6677 Goldenrod looks similar to Jotun Manor Yellow. Thanks for the help! -Erik

Hi, Jotun unfortunately doesn´t have any dealers in the US. The two colors you mention definetly looks correct according to the pictures. The red color you are looking for has many names even in Norway, JOTUN 0154 Ætterød (154 Rød, 154 Låverød), the NCS colorcode is 4745-Y85R. JOTUN 0738 Herregårdsgul only has this one name and its NCS colorcode is 2448-Y15R. Good luck finding the colors you want :))

Thanks Hilsen. This info is helpful. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble converting the NCS numbers to something that looks right in other formats. Do you happen to have another code, like HEX code for these 2 colors? Tusen Takk!! -Erik
